Don't go there. The staff are overall mean and really do not care about patients' well-being or comfort.

Especially avoid anyone in social work or psychiatry. AWFUL.

I drove (with my 15month old) two and a half hours to visit my brother and his wife and thier new baby only to be harrassed by two nurses and two security guards about my baby crying. They were extremely rude about it when all they had to do was politely tell me that my BABY was annoying them. My daugher and I are from the coast and she is not use to the heat and had a long (hot) ride. She is very well behaved and on this off day the staff harrassed me and told my sister in law that her three older children (11 and twins, 5) were not to be left alone with their own mom! You would think that the maternaty ward would have caring, understanding nurses concidering they work with newborns and preemies. I will never go to or visit this hospital again. I feel bad for the moms who have to deal with those nurses on a daily basis!!!

The care at this hospital is very good. I appreciated that one of the nuns asked if I would like to pray with her before surgery. Even the hospital food here is not bad.
