Completely horrible the houses aren't even built right and things just fall apart, maintenance and management is atrociously sad, ignoring requests to repair broken pipes and garbage disposal. Allowing family to live in sick home with toxic mold due to the water damage left unrepaired. DO NOT MOVE IN

Corporate office is not prompt in returning deposit. Law requires 30 days it is now 39 days and still corporate has not refunded my deposit. Getting run around/many excuses as to why the check has not been sent. On the positive side: anytime you needed something fixed, the repairs were made quickly.
