J.R. Johnson was contracted to do the remodeling for the all of the condos where I live and left us with a whole world of headaches. Just to list a few, the weatherproof decks that they installed started bubbling up under the coating in less than a year. They sent someone out to fix it who did a eyesore patch job that just ended up going bad that same year again and they said that they would fix it but it's been over a year since. They didn't bother to put up tarps when replacing the decks either and it rained while they were doing so and ruined many ceilings including mine (BONEHEADS!). The company who the management company hired to fix it said that there was mold up in my ceiling now. My neighbors deck was installed unlevel and they just put the paneling on level to (try to) make it look good. One of their workers fell through my ceiling and they did a mediorcre patch job and didn't even bother to paint it. Gutters were cut too short... wish I had more room to type.
