I cant believe how much better I feel. I havent felt this relaxed in many years. I cant even remember when the last time was that I felt this good. As you know, the doctor really wanted me to learn to breathe more deeply. I think its finally happening. But the best part is, I dont feel as much pressure is on me. I just feel more calm, and trusting that everything is going to work out fine. Thank you so very much for helping me through this difficult time
