The owner of this compnay, Toban, is a real cheat! He not only contracted a group of laborers to re-roof his "investments" at the most reduced, ridiculously low price, but he refused to pay them after their work was done! The laborers were out a week of time and hard labor in the rain, and the money they spent to buy the tools for the job. Toban made up an excuse about a pile of scrap not removed, and used that as a reason to stiff the people who worked hard to repair this property of his. I would be very careful before working with this unethical company!
