Have used this store in the past with great results!!!
Today I went in and waited for someone technical to help me??
Every time a new person walked up behind the counter they asked if I was being helped ,Good, after four a guy in a red shirt came out with rapid fire questions, not really listening to me?
Now I have four people envolved in my subject trying to please Mr Red Shirt
Red shirt says They can't help me?
I had enough of this rough treatment and walked out!!
As I was reaching the door someone called out (we've got the hose?
I had already looked on line and found what I needed, so I decided to use Amazon!!

Great service and very knowledgeable. I once had a 300 dollar electric bill until i worked with Anthony. He is the head honcho there and was great to work with. He set me up with just the right wood stove for my home and decore. Now my heating bill is under fifty dollars a month. I paid for my stove in the first two seasons i had it. every one who comes to my home in the winter heads right for the fire to warm up and its great for relaxing in front of with the wife and kid. I would never shop anywhere but here. These guys are great.
