What used to be a nice place to live has now turned into a greedy environment of building owners who don't give a crap about the tenants.

There used to be a very nice, fair building manager named Laura who was sweet, fair, and extremely helpful with the tenants...you felt her care for everyone.

She was mysteriously replaced by a clueless, uncaring, unforgiving piece of s#*t of a manager who sort of resembles Conan O'Brian. He doesn't care about the residents, especially the older ones or those who have been there longer than 3-5 years, and they do everything in their power to get these people to move out so they can jack up the rent with no excuses or reasons.

The building used to be clean, but now looks like crap, especially after the maintenance man decided it was time to jump ship. Carpet is fading, dark, depressing hallways, and corny old paintings of stars who have faded from glory on each floor.

Conan O'Brian's assistant, or co-building manager is a high strung, late to work every day, bring her personal problems to work kind of lady...She wont have time for you because she only has time for her stressed out personal life, which is part of her work day in the office.

Overall, both building managers are very mean, not very exposed to other cultures, and are two of the shadiest people I've met in the good city of Portland.

Would NOT recommend this building to anyone, especially new folks moving to Portland looking for an outstanding experience. There are plenty of great buildings in Portland, so don't be fooled by the fake smiles of these heartless individuals....You have now been warned!!!
