Wouldn't even look at my car, it's a 2002 VW and wont stay running... and refused to even look. My father and I have both always gone to Hillside for VW work, but its time to move on.

I have been bringing my car here for years. Best customer service, Professional, trustworthy. I know I am in good hands when I bring my VW here. I should've posted this along time ago. Thanks again Rene!

It is always a pleasure to interact with the folks down at Hillside Imports. They are professional, quick and fairly priced. I will never take my car to Herzog Meier again for anything other than a recall. I appreciated the itemized invoice in advance of the service with a detailed explanation for cost. I would highly recommend this establishment to any Audi or VW drivers.

Hillside Imports does a stellar job every time. Their prices are fair and reasonable (I've checked around). They let you know up front how much repairs will cost in a clear, itemized list, telling you the most important "fixes" so you can prioritize within a budget. They always check with the client and get their "go-ahead" before proceeding with any job. After each visit, they return the car completely clean on the inside with a "Thank-You" card and candy treats. For my first visit, I also received a bottle of yummy wine and paper floor mats! Because of their careful work, my car is a "Happy Camper". When I call to make an appointment or with a question, they answer the phone with politeness, friendliness and professionalism - and the occasional joke! I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else, and I plan to bring my car to Hillside Imports for years to come! - S. Morse (Portland, OR)
