I needed to write to you and tell you what it means to have DuFresne's as an auto service. I am a single gal and always worry every time I have to take my car in for anything. I NEVER have that worry with you guys! I always feel like you are honest with me and take very good care of my car needs! Thanks to all of you at DuFresne's! I am passing you on to all my single gal pals that need a reliable car service place!

DuFresne's makes it easy to support local business. With their excellent customer service, I never have to worry about not being followed up with or long delays in car repair. I especially like thier willingness to drop you off at home if you cannot take your car with you and their free espresso with service. I'd highly recommend DuFresnes for all your auto service needs from oil changes to auto repair. Like I said, they make it easy to support local business!

I have been doing business with DuFresnes for over eight years now and have not one thing bad to say about them. They are wonderful, warm loving people who make you feel at home any time I am there. The work they provide is grade A and unquestionably the best. They have very well trained and knowledgeable technicians in their field of work and only have your best interests in mind when repairing your vehicle. The parts and services they provide are great just like the employees. Go on and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I LOVE DUFRESNE's!! I have been visiting Dufresne's for over 4 years now. They have been great to work with time and time again. They are reasonably priced from the small tuneups to the larger work that has been needed on my vehicle. They are always friendly, helpful and are great at explaining the issues with my car and what needs to be fixed immediately vs later on. I will be a long term customer of DuFresne's!

I took my 1996 Jeep Cherokee to DuFresne's when it started leaking anti-freeze and smoking. I was told I had a cracked radiator and was given a rough estimate. I called 3 other mechanics and one Jeep-specialty mechanic and DuFresne's was the best price. I was a bit nervous because I had always used my trusted "Jeep-guy" near my house. I went with price and got great service and quality, too! My car is running beautifully and I have found a new trusted mechanic! I just found Dufresne's Auto. I am so happy to have a place like family to take my little red sports car. I was told that I needed a transmission flush from one of those quickie places. Since I had just bought the car a few months ago I wasn't sure if it had been done or not. Took it to Dufrenes that is just up the street from my house and they told me to save my money that the fluid looked brand new. They did notice my license plate light was out and so I got that done. Very grateful for them to have noticed this since a few years ago I actually go at ticket for no license plate late. I can't thank them enought.

I have been going to DuFresne's for the last 8 years. I had been to many shops before. I could never find one that I felt they had my best interests at heart until I stepped in the door at DuFresne's. From the very first moment I knew I found a new home for my car repairs. More than once they have saved me money by pointing something out before I got stuck on the side of the road which would requite a tow bill and who knows what else. Being that they are a smaller shop than a dealership they usually can get you in the same day or next day if you can leave your car with them. I always call the minute I get one of their specials via e-mail or newsletter because I know they fill up quick. They are the best kept secret in the NW Hills! Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

I get an email from them advertising a great deal on oil change, inspection, tire rotation, etc. I received the email the same morning of the one-day-only special. So I send my wife in with our infant daughter. She drives across town late morning, walks in carrying our daughter, and asks for the special. She's told she should have made an appointment, they are full and can't possibly squeeze her in because they send out over 800 emails and only have four technicians and can't do everyone. The ad said call for an appointment in fine print at the bottom. They could have earned a very loyal customer had they said "We're sorry, we can't do it today, but please call and make an appointment to come back at your convenience and we will honor our ad."I called in to complain, and the lady had the audacity to say I must be a very unhappy person. Nope -- just mad at you, Du Fresne's! Probably not a good idea to insult people calling with a problem, which is an opportunity to work things out.

I just moved to the west coast and had no idea where to take my car when it broke down. I called AAA and they directed me to DuFresne's Auto Repair! They where able to get my car in the same day and back to me the next. They also showed me some repairs that I was going to need very soon. Should have listened. My car was back in the next month on the tow truck. I will always listen in the future. DuFresnes wll be the only people that touch my car.

Dufresne's have been in business it seems like forever. I would not take my cars any where else. Very knowledgeable on what seems every type of car. Its great going to a family owned business. I will continue to go to them as long as I am driving.
