I have always received the best of care here. I always feel cared about and for, and NJasmine is so sweet yet professional. I never feel like I am rushed rhrough or my issues are left unresolved. Thank you everyone because each spoke makes the wheel strong and turn effectively. The front desk rock.

I love my doctors here so much that I commute from the Roseburg area!! Been coming here for about 10 years!!

I am always treated with respect and everyone is very nice. I really do not like going to the doctors office but I always enjoy going to see Dr.Knaus he is great. The front desk staff are exceptional.

When you are in pain, Dr. Balog is exactly the doctor you want treating you. He has an understanding of pain and how it not only effects the body but also the spirit.

Dr Balog is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He has a sense of humor which made me comfortable instantly. I have never met a Dr who understands head and neck pain like he does. I only wish I had gone to him sooner. His staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I am a patient of Joe Knaus, but have also seen Dr. Balog. This office is very knowledgeable regarding back pain issues and treatments. Joe is so understanding and kind. Jasmine, Christopher and Trisha are always very professional,helpful and friendly. The office staff are amazing. If you have back pain, this is the place to seek help.

Joe Knaus FNL is who I see. He is pays attention to details and listens carefully to me when I talk to him.Very pleasant demeanor. and he smiles regularly, all the while he is working to solve the particular problems I bring to him Jazz is one of the most attentive assistants I have have had in my life and she never forgets anything. And always with the smile and kind words .

Dr. Balog is one of the best doctors I have worked with. He is considerate, listens to me every time and we are working to a solution and plan for me. This extends to the staff at P,P and S, every one of them is kind and always go out of their way to make my experience one that is professional and seemless. Even when you have an urgent need they are responsive and take action. Joe rocks too, his calm demeanor sets the perfect tone for someone in pain. Good on ya P,PS!

Dr Joe is excellent. Really looks at each situation. Has helped my quality of life beyond measure. Dr Balog and the whole staff are great caring people.

Medication refills and speaking about new pain issues with Joe is very helpful. Joe is very informative. The staff is always very nice and get to you in a timely manner.

Dr. Balog is someone that you want on your side when you are facing the insurmountable. He has helped me immensely and has advocated for my health and my overall wellbeing. He is friendly, kind, rigorous in his approach to treatment, empathetic, and it is obvious to anyone around him that he possesses note worthy intellect. Dr. Balog is the only Physcian I have ever seen in over 20 years of being treated for chronic pain who~ 1.) Treats me as a person in pain, and as someone worthy of respect and NOT as a 'Drug Seeking Junkie' from under a Bridge somewhere. He brings true Compassion to his Patient care, and, 2.) Actively and aggressively works with me to find and to address the ultimate CAUSE of my Pain. He is the First and, (sadly), the ONLY Care Provider who has ever worked toward discovering the Cause(s) of my Pain and then he has worked with the appropriate Provider(s) to address these root causes and, thereby, he sees that we do more than endlessly chase symptoms. I drive a long way to see Dr. Balog and would not want anyone else! He gives me Hope when I feel Hopeless. :-).

I appreciate the staff here. Tiffany and all of dr Joseph's nurses are ver kind. Dr Joseph really listens to his patients needs.

Dr. Balog was very knowledgeable about my past conditions and what may be causing my current ones. He had a clear plan of action, was sympathetic, and connect many of my conditions to a main issue that other doctors have not before. Unlike visits with others, I feel hopeful that Balog could help me improve my health.

Both Dr. Balog and Mr. Abraham are incredible! The staff at this office are all equally incredible. They are intuitive, compassionate, brilliant medical professionals. I have never had a long wait. The office is run superbly. Each time I have had an appointment at the office, I feel blessed.
