Ive lived here for awhile and am pretty happy. I really like the floorplan and im in a 3 bedroom. Office person is very helpful and nice.

The safeway and nail salon is just a 5 minute walk. The manager is very professional and friendly. A+

The office staff is definately above par! Every question (even my ornery ones) was answered with a smile and very professionally. The place clearly looks well managed. Even the balloons matched the flags!!

My neice lives at Dawson Village. I went to visit her for 10 days and love the floorplan of the two bedroom shes in. The security door lock wasn't working and they sent someone out right away to fix it. Very responsive and kind!

These apartments are great for small families and have a very nice play area for the children. Its a good location. They are well maintained along with the simple lay out inside! I look forward to another walk through. Thank you for taking my input.
