Chris was a great sales person. Was not a pushy salesman. Treated us very well with our fifth wheel purchase and package and we are very happy with our fifth wheel so far. We would definitely recommend Chris as a salesman if you are in the market for a new RV

I recently purchased a 2016 Coachmen Clipper 17FQ from the Portland location. Every thing about the transaction and all subsequent services has been excellent. They have been absolutely great to deal with. I highly recommend them.

The sale person made me feel like I was bothering him as soon as I made the purchase. The trailer had and has lots of problems.The service department has been awesome at helping with the problems. The parts department has also been awesome to work with

We started out in Portland and the salesman there directed us to Dean Williams in Beaverton. We called and made an appointment, He made our purchase the most pleasant we have ever had at a dealership. Extremely nice people and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a trailer.

I recently purchased a 2011 Aerolite travel trailer. It was my first time ever dealing with Curtis Trailers. I was very impressed with everyone there. Stan was my sales rep. He was very easy to work with, was easy to get a hold of, answered all of my questions. I was very impressed by the service department. I can't mention everyone by name, because quite honestly there were so many people working to help me. Being a used trailer, there were a couple of minor issues, a light not properly working, and a propane leak. In addition to these, my pickup had some electrical issues of its own. The wiring harness just didn't work as it should have. The service department took care of everything. When I finally left, I was very satisfied. Even though I may not have spent as much as someone who bought a new trailer, I did not feel any less important as a customer. The only thing that I wasn't happy about, was that my black tank was never emptied before I took trailer home. Overall I'm satisfied.

My experience purchasing a trailer from Curtis Trailers was exceptional. I purchased my RV from out of state. My salesman, Chris, was extremely helpful and put forth extraordinary effort to get our complicated deal completed. I compared listings nationwide and found their price the best anywhere. Not only was my travel trailer a quality product at a low price but they also replaced my water pump before I arrived because they were unsatisfied with the psi of the existing pump. Bottom line: the price was unbeatable, the sales staff was willing to bend over backwards to help, and they take pride in delivering a quality product. I would make the 2000 mile trip to buy from them again in a heart beat.
