Constance Liu is an occupational therapy provider in Portland, OR. She began working at Providence Health and Services in acute care primarily with post-operative orthopedic procedures. She transitioned to outpatient hand therapy and concussion therapy December 2016; she earned her certification in hand therapy (CHT) in 2020.
