This company is a complete fraud! I wouldn't even give them one star! James/Semisi Iongi did a porch and railing for a rental of ours and did a terrible job. Concrete was cracking within weeks, edges were rough, and concrete ws not complete! The railing that he was suppose to scrape down and repaint did not get done even close to satisfaction. It looked like a 3 year old did it. He literally spray painted over the other paint (along with spray painting our home!) and didn't move any bushes so the original color, red, you could see all over the place. The Iongi family goes by many different names and companies. They also use other companies CCB numbers so beware! Call the State of Oregon before having any concrete work done and make sure the number is legit. They are sneaky and getting away with a lot. I am non a mission to help him and his family by found so if you know ANYTHING about any of them respond to this!

He completely screwed us as well! We have been searched for this fraud and I have made it my personal mission to find him. If anyone knows where to find Semisi "James" Iongi, please respond. He did a porch for us along with some railing. It is a rental and we live out of town. We paid for everything before seeing it, which was our mistake. The concrete looked awful, it was cracking and rough around edges and not even complete. He was suppose to scrape paint off of the railing that was there and repaint with black. He SPRAY PAINTED over the original and didn't even do it all. He didn't move any of the bushed and even got spray paint ALL over our rental home. When we called to complain after finally seeing it, he was then suppose to call, suppose to meet us, etc. and never did any of the above. Then he wouldn't return calls and is now running from a lot of people.

He recently replaced my garage floor. His crew used a concrete cutter to cut the floor along a wall. They did not clean up after they were finished, left a splatter on the walls and door. The cement pour was terrible. Many high and low spots, one high area was 1/2 inch above grade, one large low spot was 5/8 inch below grade. The floor area around the cuts was left unfinished. The Contractor, James Longi looked at the floor and told me he would repair the faults. He told me this three times over the next month. Each time we made an appointment nobody would come to do the work and I never recieved a telephone call. I eventually hired another person to help grind down the high areas and fill the low areas. Jame Longi told me he would mail me a check to pay for this expense. I did not hear from him again and did not receive a check. The floor had so many problems it is impossible to completely repair. Again do not hire this Contractor.
