I didn't read the fine print, and only looked at the pictures. This website is misleading, otherwise, they would put the ACTUAL picture of the ACTUAL item you get. Turned out to be completely different from what was pictured. Now I have to pay to ship it back, pay for their original shipping (was free now I will pay $4.95), and pay a 15% restocking fee."

I have been using the cartridges from CompAndSave for a couple years. They offered great product and super fast delivery. Keep it up!

Terrible service and terrible product. The cartridges I bought were advertised as HP cartridges (Order #113083 on 4/5/12). Turns out they are not OEM at all. They are not refillable. When I refill one, the printer is unable to recognize it any more, so my whole printer quits working. With one of the cartridges, the printer quit recognizing it when I changed the other cartridge (i.e. it quit recognizing the black when I changed out the color cartridge). No return possible because they did work at one point. If you ask for a return, you get an interrogation. Going back to inksell.com, where the product is reliable and the service exceptional.
