I took in my Yukon after having been rear-ended. I chose this shop because it was on my insurance companies "preferred list" and I was familiar with the neighborhood. From my first visit to picking up the repaired vehicle, I was very impressed with the great customer service. Everyone there seemed to go out of their way to make the customer happy. They arranged a rental car and called to have it delivered. When the helpful office lady thought we'd been waiting long enough (5 minutes maybe), she called the rental car place to see where our car was and since it wasn't on it's way, got one of the guys to drive us there.During the 5 days the Yukon was in the shop, they called me every afternoon to inform me of the progress and ask questions. They also kept me assessed of insurance coverage and issues.When I picked up the vehicle, it looked like new. Not only had they fixed the damage, they had also cleaned and shined the entire car. Wow! Mike was great to deal with. He made us feel as though we weren't being taken for a ride. That was until we had to talk to the assistant manager who immediately gave the impression that he only wanted our insurance money. His degree of professionalism ruined any chance for us to return to their shop ever again. Our recommendation for anyone using their services is to deal with Mike and not the greasy, money hungry Jeremy.
