DO NOT USE COIT! DOES NOT SHOW, DOES NOT CALL!!

I booked COIT to clean and polish the concrete floors of my bar. I closed early and arranged to open late the following day so that a sealant coating could be applied to the floors. Two hours before they were supposed to arrive, they called to tell me they would have to re-schedule.

We re-scheduled for one week later. Again, we closed early and arranged to open late so that the service could be provided. 45 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, I saw their van drive by the bar. All of our lights were on, the door was propped open, and there was a parking spot in front of the building. They drove past and did not come back. They did not call.

I called the "24 hour emergency line" listed on the website. It is just the same number as their regular line. I have left multiple voice mails and have not heard back from them. This company not only has not performed the contracted services, but has cost me money as I have had to close early twice now, kicking out paying customers so that we could be prepared for them.

So, do not use COIT for your business needs. Not only will they not perform their contracted services, they will cost you money.
