After getting estimates from other flooring companies, it was a pleasure to work with the professional staff at Classique Floors. They were honest in their estimate, never high pressure and were helpful in answering my questions. Their installing team were courteous and very professional and left my house in good shape after installation of the carpet. They worked together to make a diffiucuolt job as easy as possible. I plan to use their services again when I replace my counter tops. I feel very comfortable in recommending this company.

I recommend Classique Floors. The are very friendly and keep you informed as things are coming together. They brought more samples to the house for us to see. The people that laid the floor were very nice and took every precaution not to cause any damage to other floors, counters, etc. They cared a lot that what they did was done right and looked the way you wanted. We did have a delay with the flooring we ordered being shipped; not by Classique. We had a bathroom cabinet that had to be removed from the bathroom and then reinstalled. Classique recommended a plumber to help with that and they did very nice work. The flooring people came back to do the finish up in a timely manner. Overall we were very pleased with Classique Floors.

Great products, knowledgeable design staff, and excellent installers. I love my new wood floors! My husband and I had some water damage from our dishwasher leaking and we were horrified to find over 25 boards were bowed and damaged. We got excellence service and had the damaged floor boards replaced while we were on vacation for a week. At first reluctant to have our house in the hands of complete strangers, especially while we were 3,000 miles away on vacation. But rest assured, our house was left in excellent hands. We were flabbergasted when we walked through the front door to what looked like a brand new house; beautifully refinished, shiny floors and the house smelled so new. Classique Floors is the most professional business that I have ever had the pleasure working with. I highly recommend them not only for their precision, meticulous service but their courteous and professional manner. there quote was 1700.00 more then the company i ended up going with. very nice showroom and great sales staff .. but very very very over priced.
