Ran into some issues with appliances...They all seemed to be at their life's end. However the staff at B&B (Especially Kristina) was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with their fixes. Very prompt and attentive customer service!

We've had a handful of maintenance issues over the 3 1/2 years we've leased through BB and in each instance, they were resolved in a timely, efficient manner. One visit, done deal. For example, the winter of 2012 our furnace went down - not good. BB had a service company out and the circuit board replaced before noon. Brandy and her team have always treated us like they really care.

BB Management has been our property management team for more than 3 years while we live across the country. They have smoothly handled tenants/change of tenants and every conceivable maintenance issue. Even issues that I wouldn't expect them to handle for us, they step right in and make everything smooth and easy without a worry!

I though all management companies were the same until I started using BB. The other companies are the same but BB is a cut above. They are diligent and value the relationships they maintain with owners. I am treated great and so is my rental home.

They deal with maintenance really quick and always seem friendly whenever I see someone from the office. I am very pleased with the services that I have received so far and dont expect I will be looking for a new property manager any time soon!

The folks at BB have been great to deal with and have taken care of everything. There has never been a problem they could not take care of. They have also done a great job of finding credit worthy tenants. I am very satisfied with their work and level of service.

BB takes care of my rental in Portland. They have made it possible for me to fully retire. I dont have the responsibility that comes with the home and it frees up my time a great deal. Not to mention someone else can deal with an emergency should one arise.

I am currently renting a charming little place in Portland that is managed by BBMG and so far so good. It is an older house, so I had issues with the furnace already, but they were able to have it fixed the same week it stopped working. I must say that when I moved in (which was just a couple of months ago) the house was very clean, which made it much easier to get settled quickly. Thanks BBMG, you have been good to work with so far!
