My roadside assistance contracted with this company. I sat for 45 min which was the wait time I was given. They called me asked a series of questions then and cancelled my request. If someone from my roadside assistance service hadn’t called to do a follow up 20 min later and hired another company I would never have known my request was cancelled. Had to wait another hour for a better company to come. How disappointing and inconsiderate.

This company was called by my roadside assistance for my vehicle lock out. They never came, even after checking in with roadside assistance after an hour. I was told they were 12 minutes away. I ended up calling a private locksmith that arrived in 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I got into my vehicle no thanks to them.

*DO NOT USE* Required a lockout and jump start, they don't consider that a single service call, was left stranded unless I gave them more money! WORST company yet!
