A small shop on the corner of a non discript road..who would think?

I first used Anders printing in 1991 for invitations to a reception.

I was so pleased with their services..that when my daughter's engagment was

announced last november, I imediately thought of Anders Printing.



The wedding date was for January 1st..so the invitations had to be made

on a rush order, to get them mailed with enough notice for people to make

arrangements to attend.



They went above and beyond customer service to get our order to us,

and when UPS didn't deliver on the designated date...they even refunded

our rush order fee.



I have had comments from so many of the attendees on how beautiful the

invitations were.



The people at Anders Printing were so friendly and helpful.

They spend a great deal of time with us and were very patient

while we ask many question and changed things several times.



I recommend this company. Highly.

In this day it is rare to find a businesss that truly delivers

great customer service.

Initially pleasant to work with, and a convenient location. The trouble started right away with lack of response to our proof edits. Then when our wedding invitations arrived there was a word missing, the layout was wrong, and they REFUSED TO FIX IT. They asked for me to pay for their printing mistake. When I told them I wanted them reprinted correctly they refused unless I was willing to pay more. I will be getting a full refund and never looking back.
