I thought my tool was broken, took it to the tool repairman in the back of there store and he removed a simple jamb and oiled it. What was great is, he didn’t charge me. He asked me to make sure and come in for fasteners and roofing. WOW! What great service. So I bought some brads. I’ll be back for a roof and great customer service. This caught me off guard because, this is how service use to be.

Just got done researching the cost of doing my own roof, I checked Home Depot and Lowes; I also got quotes from a few roofers. I spent my money with the guys down at Oregon Roofers Supply. They gave me the best price and they took the time to show me how to roof my home. Even the valleys and the venting, they showed my were to save money and were I should spend it. They had a warm atmosphere and a good cup of coffee. I felt like I got a great deal because of the level of respect they showed me. See you guys in 30yrs

I had a question about how to safely remove moss from a composition roof. The gentleman who answered the phone at Oregon Roofing was most willing to help me even though I wasn't a 'real' customer. He took his time, told me all the pros and cons, gave me all the details to get the job done well. This sort of thing gives me such a positive feeling about a company, and leads me to want to show them appreciation.

Mike Newman, Great customer service , walked me through everything I needed to know and made me feel like i could do a great roof job. Best price in town, They even beet HDepot.

Worst customer care I have ever seen. Lured me with one price, offered another. When I did not buy the more expensive product they turned snide.

Gary Mcdonald Is wonderful knowledgable and an expert Lenny we can say the same about after doing bussines with these guy for years I can say I have never left wanting they supply the best products and service on the west coast
