I recently took 2 private lessons with a spanish tudor at the school. My third lesson the tudor failed to show up. No huge deal as it happens. She had forgotten about it. The thing is she emailed me and asked if I wanted to reschedule. She did not offer any compensation like extra minutes or a break on the fee for any future lesson. The director of this program did not contact me at all. This speaks for itself.
