Provided by YP.comI have gone to Pins and Needles 2 times now. First for my middle lip piercing, and more recently for the snake bite. Both times i have observed a clean and sanitary envoirnment. Two thumbs up.
Havnt had any tats there tho. For the Portland, ME area i would suggest sanctuary tattoo.
