My 17 year old son was taking his friend home after school. He lost control of his car and ended up in a ditch. He was very shaken up because this is his first incident. He did hit a ladies fence and she refused to press charges because of how shaken up my kid was. (I am having him repair her fence)Valentin towing charged him $250 to simply pull the car out of the ditch. (I wasn't present, as I was at work). I called them and they stated that this is a mandatory fee and guided me to a website. The sight says $250 is the MAXIMUM fee they can charge not a MANDATORY fee. In my opinion, they took advantage of a very shaken up kid. There is a difference between MAXIMUM and MANDATORY

Fast and friendly service . Very affordable compared to other companies. They also have a repair shop and they fixed my car right away.
