these people are down right rude! After 44 years of having service w/ them they shut my water off AFTER I paid my bill as a walk in because I didn't use their DROP BOX! Total BS...then charged me $110 more dollars to turn it back on w/ no explanation of why the extra charge. Nothing on the bill about all these fees and they won't explain the fees. Unfortunately this is the only water place in Porter, so just BEWARE of the RUDE people! Also, my clothes have been ruined twice by rust in the water, called and complained, reimbursed once, but no one returned my call on the second one. Have been saying they would replace meters and haven't seen anything done yet. New bills w/ no itemized reasoning on fees. Need to train better on customer service and I know there has been numerous complaints, hopefully people will put them on line.
