We recently were interested about a property and we had talked with a realtor agent named Darlene and she had given us her word on settling a deal with them we were on our way and she texted us that she was selling it as we spoke she had given us her word and told us that she was setting up the contract . They have really bad ettiquete after we received her text we tried calling her multiple times none she answered . They have no value and cannot be trusted when they give you there word. I had a really bad experience with them. Really bad realtor company

I bought a house from this company over a year ago. The real estate agent, who is no longer with the company, represented both myself and the seller. This was my first house and I really did not know what I was doing. After purchasing the house I was not provided with a sellers disclosure and was not advised that I needed to have a home inspection performed, which I again attribute to inexperience. Once I was in the house I discovered that the dishwasher was broken and there was mold in the walls of my new born son's bedroom. I naturally was very upset and the real estate company said they would help me out and said that they had a contractor that does this kind of work all the time and I thought great we dont need to get a lawyer involved. That was all fine and well and I signed a release thinking that they would repair the leak and there would be no problems. Well here I am exactly one year after the supposed repair, and the mold has actually grown, and the water damage has now ruined the floor. The damage is worse than before the repair. I advise any person looking for a house to steer clear of this company. They are quick to ensure you cant come back on them and the moment you mention that the repair was not completed correctly they pass the blame on you stating that it was my responsibility to maintain the house. I agree that I need to maintain my house, but I should not have to maintain a repair done a year ago. Steer clear of any and all business with this company because if you find that they have deceived you it's all a part of their business plan.
