I said I wanted my hair to sit on my shoulders when it's dry. It's a full 1.25 inches shorter than that and I HATE it. He gets done and says, How's that?" WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO SAY?! He can't very well put it back. I am the easiest cut out there. My hair is straight and thin. There is really no excuse for this. I can't even get it into a ponytail to hide this sorry excuse for a haircut.

I have never been disappointed until now, not by the majority of the people who work there but the new Hispanic lady should be fired on the spot. Never have I ever been TOLD to go online to get a spot in line or "What will my tip be?", Like seriously... now that you ask... NADA!
