Just got my hair done and I hate it! The service was bad and the stylist JUST DIDN'T LISTEN to me!

There is always new staff, so it is hard to build a relationship with a stylist! The front desk is a little rude when you walk in! Staff always seems unhappy to be at work! I had been going there for a year or so, but am turned off now!

I highly recommend the products and services provided by Kathy and her wonderful staff. I refer everyone I can to her and thoroughly enjoyed my experience!!

Beautiful salon and nice staff

Over the years I have traveled all over the United States, visiting salons everywhere I go, to get pampered of course, And I've never had an experience close to the experience my family has at Studio 24 in Portage, MI. The care that is taken for my family and "our look" is impeccable. I live in Lexington, Ky, and I find the time to make the 7 hour trip often to take the much needed "time out" that Kathy and her excellent staff can provide. I've been to the $400-$500/ day salon/ spas and they don't come close to the personalized experience and care I receive from Studio 24. I highly recommend the experience whether you live locally or outside the state! I never feel better than when I leave Studio 24. The price is right, the feeling's right. Studio 24, for me, is just right!
