The staff here are exceptional. They explain puppy/kitten schedules great and really make you understand vaccines. Great place. 5+++

I have been a client at Kalama...

I have been a client at Kalamazoo Animal Hospital for over 10 years. I have always received a warm and courteous welcome and my furry companions have been treated with knowledge and compassion. I am also a foster mom for rescue and the care and treatment of my numerous guests has been superior. I value the relationships I have formed with the doctors and staff and will continue to entrust them with the care and wellness of my companions. Many thanks to all at Kalamazoo Animal Hospital!!!!

This veterinary hospital is on...

This veterinary hospital is one of the best that I have ever been to. The entire staff was wonderful. They greeted me and my dog as soon as we walked in the door, they made my dog feel comfortable and took their time with him. The nurse was very thorough and explained everything to me, I knew exactly was going to happen with my dog today! Dr. Kautzer was our Vet and she was fantastic! She answered ALL of my questions and even gave me some extra information on training if I was interested. The prices seems very adequate for the care that was provided for my dog! I will definitely continue to take my dog and cat there, and I recommend this clinic to anyone who has pets!!! thank you to all the staff!!

Never go here ever!

1. They charge $49 for the call fee to make a appointment.

2. They charge $107 for a X-ray

3. They rush you out the door

Mapleview Animal Hospital in Holland

1. They DO NOT charge any fee for calling and making a appointment.

2. They only charge $75 for a X-ray and that's it, no hidden charges.

3. They DO NOT try to rush you out the door, and seem to care more for their customers.

I would like to correct this by informing you that the $49.00 is for the examination by the Veterinarian on your sick pet. It does not cost anything to just call to make an appointment, that would be ridiculous. I am sorry if you felt that you were "rushed" out the door, that is never our intention. Best Wishes.
