Great family experience ,highly recommended especially when it's cold outside!

As a mother of 3 kids im always looking for an inexpensive and fun things to do as a family. On a recent trip to Jungle Joes i realized just how much fun that place is. At first i wasnt gonna play but then the lady at the front counter (i cant remeber her name) told me that i would have a great time playing with my children and get a cheap workout! And she was right! We live closer to Bounceland, but my children have never really liked it there and i always thought it was not very well kept. Jungle Joes however had someone cleaning the whole time we were there. Almost everytime we visit Jungle Joes someone is cleaning. Also i love that the staff there will play with my kids. At one time my children were playing tag with a worker there. Which gave this tired momma a break! If you have ever had a bad experience there i highly request you try again. Everyone has a bad day.

I went to Jungle Joe's, just to try something different, and I was very unhappy. The facility was dirty, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I will never go back, I am going to stick to Bounceland, where parents are free and the playtime is unlimited.

after trying bounceland in portage and this in kalamazoo, i prefer bounceland. here you pay for adults and your time is monitored. the inflatables are more for the older kids. their refreshment area consists of a counter with limited supplies.
