Not the greatest experience I've ever had taking my son to urgent care. The doc was impatient and short with my 5 year old son. She admitted to being short with him and apologized to me repeatedly after I expressed my dissatisfaction with her services. Other than that it was ok - he was treated and given a prescription. I'll go elsewhere in the future.

The woman who worked the front desk was great! The half azz nurse was horrible she was rude ask questions that had nothing to do with my visit to be honest i felt like i was discriminated against because i was WHITE. The doctor was a joke i went to the er before i started the antibiotics she gave me come to find out i didn't need them now this is the second time this has happened. They are here to rip your incuance off. Rather its private or Medicaid, and she made me feel like i was a drug attic because i take klonopin to help me sleep, o and btw if you are a homemaker your just another unemployed person at least thats how the wana be nurse sees it... Its sad because i took my daughter in there and she seen a male doctor and he was great . I seen a doctor who wanted to judge me and not listen., And if you read this my dad is in his second round of cancer treatments so shame on you for making me feel like dirt... I left that place crying. All hometown urgent cares should be closed.. We always end up at the hospital where there real doctors are. I will be reporting you to the state to see if you are committing fraud, We as taxpayers pay your salary you should respect us.
