Technician transported the a.c. unit right across this middle of my front yard instead of using the pathway. There was also a sign that said stay off the grass. As a result, he murdered 2 out of 3 baby rabbits in their nest that I had been checking on for a week. The technician and the owner of the company didn't even care or feel remorse. I was devastated. The mom rabbit is going to be frantic. I had to take the one baby left to a wildlife rehab so that it would have other baby rabbits to be with. I hate this company now.

Thanks to the awesome customer service from Absolute Air, I was able to eliminate a huge worry off of my shoulders. During one of the hottest days this summer, our air conditioning went kaput on us. Having a husband with a heart condition, it was wonderful to hear (after being denied all day from other air conditioning companies) that they could come out within the hour! These people definitely prioritize...with them, you're in wonderful hands!

They took care of our heating problem the same day we called, and the price was great! These guys were prompt,friendly,and knew just what to do,I would call them back everytime!
