I have never seen a person like Robert who is so gentle and courteous to his customers. We found this company by chance and we will use them for as long as we have a pool. This year we ended up having problems with our pool and my husband and I we almost gave up on it. Robert did not, and he made sure the pool was ready for us for the rest of the summer. If you were thinking of getting a new pool company, make sure to use this one because you will never go wrong. I am a tough reviewer and for me to write this review takes so much into consideration. Tamara is also very nice and will call back to give you an update. Thank you Robert and Tamara for helping us.

I started using dive in pools 2 years ago and would recommend this company hands down. Rob is knowledgeable and very honest. They are prompt, reliable and very flexible when it comes to scheduling. Tamara is who I speak with when I need something and she gets back to you within minutes. Exceptional company in my eyes

Rob is very honest knowledgeable and helpful. We hired him after getting rip off by a pool company, the service was a nightmare an I had to fire them. Its very easy to be taken advantage of when you buy your first home with a pool. Rob is extremely professional(he's such a nice guy) I highly recommend his services. Rob will not take advantage of you he will show you how to take care of your pool, and most of fix the problem! Thank you Dive in Pool Service!!

i would absolutely recommend Rob to anyone that needs pool service. he did an amazing job, took his time, he was very kind. he came in short notice . his job was fantastic, i'll definitely be calling him from now on whenever i need pool service !

I called this place and a very nice man named Rob answered and said he will be at my home 10:30 the next day and there he was right on time. A very respectable young man gave me fast and prompt service with a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who owns a pool ....Dive-In Pool service is the best pool company on Long Island ..The owner Rob is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet,! Very honest and reliable, they come right away if you have any problems or if you need anything that is pool related. They are always prompt and on time, always answer your calls and makes time to answer all of your questions... very reasonably priced as well. I have used other pool companies before and they rip you off and just do a quick fix to get your money and get out of there as quick as they can but not this company, they take their time and do the job right!!!....Can't even compare this company to any one else out there...I can't say enough good things about them... So give them a call for any pool needs you might have, you won't be dissappointed....I would guarantee it if I could !!!! Excellent customer service and awesome quality service!!!

We opened our pool yesterday with another company and they left the pool in a huge mess. Decided to look for a pool cleaning service in Smithtown today and called Dive-In Pool Service. It so happened they were around the corner when I called they showed up in 5 minutes. Robert explained that the problems weren't as bad as I thought and had no problem letting me know how he could fix the situation. I asked for prices on pool services and I was happily surprised that they were so reasonable. Needless to say, my other overpriced pool servicing company will not allowed to work here anymore.

The owner is so nice to me and the workers are very respectable to me and my pool equipment. It's like I call they answer and the next day I'm having either my pool opening or service with friendly workers and sometimes the boss himself is on the job. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to start a good relationship,excellent customer service,and fast prompt and quality service for all your pool needs.
