I had a compressor broken, this happened during the weekend, and Mike came to my home Saturday morning to check it. He needed authorization from the manufacturer to replace it, but first thing Monday morning he sent a technician over. They provide great service, polite and courteous. A family -type environment and know their job. I recommended Pioneer Air and Heating in PSL. Thanks Madeline R

Top notch service. I can tell they know their job very well and love what they do. The guy who visited me came for maintenance and found a burnt wire and fixed for a really good price. I highly recommend Pioneer services.

I've been calling Pioneer team for maintenance at least for a year because I was so pleased with their work. People here knows what they do and they're very responsive. These guys are very skilled at solving problems :)
