I had to pickup some uniforms for work and accidentally left my phone. Someone turned it in and Joelle called my wife. The next day my wife called but no one could find it; I guess she knows the people she works with. When my wife went to the store Joelle had her phone in this day and time it is so hard to find anyone with integrity like Joelle. Thanks so much and I know you will be a manager soon.

Is it any mystery why people choose to shop online more and more these days? I went to the electronics area in the back to look at Android tablets. There was a clerk helping a customer. He saw me waiting so I patiently waited as I looked at the tablets. He went off to help this customer but never came back. I saw him walk off, perhaps to take his break but there was no one else in the department to help me out. He knew I was waiting there and just left me standing by myself. After looking at the specs for several tablets, I looked up at the kiosk next to the one I was at and saw another clerk who had been chased down by a customer. I waited around and looked for another store clerk who wasn't busy couldn't really find any at all. It shouldn't be this hard to find help, especially if you've been standing at the kiosk for twenty minutes. Some store clerk should have cared enough to at least let me know that they're aware I need help. That would have at least been the decent thing to do. In the end, Walmart lost out on my purchase. I went home, logged onto Amazon.com and purchased the unit I was looking at in the store for $30 cheaper. Yes, if this store keeps this kind of service up, they'll be gone in ten years.

2-hour oil change

I was second in line for an oil change and was told it would be a two hour wait. I could not believe it, but I was told by the place I finally had my oil change that this Walmart purposely takes a long time for oil and tire changes. The extra $4.95 I paid was worth it to avoid the hassle.

This Wal-Mart is by far the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to. Nothing is organized. It is hard to find items because they are placed in odd locations. The isles are small and hard to navigate. The products are messy and all over the place. I went to purchase morning star farm products and they were all smashed inside the freezer stacked on top of one another where you could not see the different types of products by Morning Star Farms. I can't believe how bad it really is. It is not just because it is a high traffic store because I normally shop at the Wal-Mart off Gatlin and that one is much more organized and I"m sure they are just as busy. The manager of the US1 store should be ashamed and embarrassed. If I worked there I would be embarrassed as well.

CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS

I lost a pair of expensive sunglasses in the store; or they were stolen from my purse.

I got home and tried to call customer service/lost and found. The first call it rang about 30 times. Someone picked up the phone and slammed it down.

I called back and just asked for the store manager. I could not get him. After 10 minutes someone named Jason tells me they have not been turned in.

They need more people. A decent operater. And someone teaching them some telephone manners.
