Awful - rude and incompetent, everything you ask for is like u are putting them out to help. They are plain horrible

Life Care Center of Port St. Lucie is horrible. My loved one died while under their care. The incompetence and apathy exhibited by the staff is unbelievable and there are never any RNs or competent employees around. When you approach the nurses' station to ask them something, they give you the death ray and then are extrememly rude. The food is inedible.. most of the time, you never even know what you are eating. This place is a dump. There are much better facilities in the area. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go to another facility. This place shouldn't be in business.
