After reading some of the reviews on this lab, I was very hesitant use this lab. Contrary to the negative reviews, I found both the front office and phlebotomist to be very efficient and professional.

I may have been a victim of paternity fraud I had my sample collected through this place but found out that the lady with the last name of (bing) was the family member of Darien brown which is a possible father of the child I was tested for he ran off like a boy and wanted nothing to do with the kid so like any other desperate family or woman they’ll make a way to sabotage another persons life , be careful with who you let do your dna test especially if they know another alleged father everyone doesn’t have morals

Terrible customer service I called because I had my cheeks swabbed for a paternity test and my case is quite unique since I had doubts of the child being my child, so I took extra precautions when it came to getting this test. The results came back I was the father but I called to speak with the nurse who
Took my samples since her name couldn’t be read on the paternity test documents and I was told I’ll get a call back, that never happened I live in a small town I am not from here almost everyone is family and knows each other, there is a possibility the other alleged father took his sample on Monday which would explain why they called me to reschedule mines on Tuesday I’m the one who paid why would my day get pushed back sounds fishy, and now I can’t seem to be in contact with this person.All I wanted was answers because the young lady who has the child is deceptive and so is the other alleged father, if he is related or know this nurse ,they could’ve switched his with mines therefore it would come out accurate
.The childs look like him and I have no contact or bond with the child, ppl should take dna test more serious my life were in that nurses hands and now nothing these ppl are unprofessional

This is the only place I get my blood work done unless I have no choice. The lab techs can get blood out of my arm with one time stick into vein in my arm. Other places have to use my hands because my arms do not like pump up like my hands do. The tech have been very friendly and efficient. I get in and out this lab with out a wait. My daughter and husband also go their because of time.
