Been with this bank since it opened .I asked for 1 yr statement. Home office said it would be $5.00 per month-$60.00. This bank told me $7.00, but agreed to the $5.00. I aggreed. I looked at my online statement the next day. There was a RESEARH CHARGE of $284.00.Altho they refunded me the $224.00 after complaining. Who else will have this done-maybe someone not checking their statement? I have closed this account, will never deal with deception. The manager actually condoned this .Do not trust this bank with any dealings. Once a cheater--always a cheater. Check your statements --be cautious, or better yet, dump them. My new bank said this was outrageous. Go elsewhere. From--a neighbor.
