I have been going to Rio salons with my husband and children for the pass three years and the salon is awesome, the owner and the staff are great, just read the reviews at yahoo, I was not surprised by it! but these here surprised me, I say this because it does not make sense I don't know this people but I been there for my hair, like I said most likely people that are not cool and professional enough to work there are jealous. Five stars because my family and friends love the place, the price and the people. Kathy J.

I spent the better part of an entire day at this salon, My stylist Rox was fabulous, She listened to my concerns, and gave me her full attention, making me feel at ease, and confident with her. I did however hear other employees in the salon, being less then kind,about her as she was in the back preparing product for my hair, which is no reflection on her in any way, but maybe management needs to re-access, the other two (2) employees. I feel this salon could be a very profitable, enterprise, with the weeding out of the few bad apples. Rox rocked, and will diffinantly follow her, she cuts, better then any stylist I have been to in many years, and that isn"t many, I'm very loyal to a good stylist, and very vocal to the bad seeds.

This salon advertises "peaceful experience by professional staff". The staff was unprofessional on the day I was there and aired their grievances against each other in front of the client (me) making it less than peaceful. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I posted this review on another site and was verbally attacked by other posters, especially one who took it extremely personal,and my review "disappeared".I believe the other review site is run and maintained by the business so only positive reviews appear.
