I am a business traveler and had reserved a suite for several weeks with planned extension which would have ended up being 6 months. Every week when I checked in, I would specifically request an upper floor. However, a month into my stay, they gave me a first floor room close to one of the exterior doors. After being awakened at 4 am the first two days of my stay by slamming doors, I requested a room change. I was told that they "were all booked up." I told them that I couldn't keep getting woke up that early when I had to work every day, so if they wouldn't give me another room I would check out. They DID NOT CARE!!! They immediately started checking me out! As they were checking me out, I told them that I found it hard to believe that 100% of their rooms were full. They said that they had rooms, just not the same one that I was in. I asked them why they didn't give me that option even if I had to pay the difference in rates. They said "that I didn't ask." I said that that was ridiculous and that their customer service was horrible. Although I did not utter a single cuss word or insult, they proceeded to say that I was being rude and that if I didn't leave that they would call the police on me. I am horrified at how I was treated at this place. I will NEVER stay somewhere that threatens to call the police when a guest complains. This place SUCKS...it is AWFUL...the staff is RUDE...they DO NOT CARE about the guests...and you better not complain or they will try to have you arrested!!!!
