Been doing business with Mike for over 3 yrs. if anything I was a pain in the A** at times. real professional and cares for his customers needs.

Whatever you do, don't bring anything there for repair. They had my amp for 3 and a half months, and when I got it back, it was still broken and 2 tubes were missing and a knob was gone.

THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR ALMOST ALL MY MUSICAL NEEDS AND THEY HAVE FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE ABOVE ALL OTHERS. I'VE BEEN A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME AND WILL CONTINUE TO BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR YEARS TO COME!
