I called because my refrigerator was making a growling noise. Mark came out the same day and all is well now. He is very knowledgable and nice. I recommend this company highly. I also have a washing machine that I bought used from them about 12 years ago and it is still working! Can't beat that!

I have bought many appliances from them and I have been extremely Happy!
I know I don't have to worry, I have had my appliances for several years and still going strong.
I recommend them to anyone!

Bought dryer, had 90 day warranty. Started squeeling really loud, called them and gave name, address, telephone number and make and model of dryer, was told guy would call me back later. It's been a week, nobody even called back.



*EDIT:: I called them again the day after I wrote this and they came out that day and fixed it.



I have a washer I bought from the 3yrs ago and it's still going strong.
