I had an absolutely appalling experience at this office today and i will make sure that I post this review on every avenue possible. I called them today for an emergency extraction and the receptionist, Misty, gave me the impression that they can perform molar extraction and had me come in right away. So I took off work, used my vacation time that I get very little of,a drove to Port Richey only sit in my car for 45 minutes (my appointment was at one) when I was finally brought in, the dentist and hygenists seemed more concerned about what they were going to have for lunch than getting me taken care of. The office is run down and looks filthy dirty. After the dentist pokes me right where my tooth is decayed, he then tells me he can't do anything for me except refer me to an oral surgeon...so I wasted my whole day because misty gave me inaccurate information. She then told me as I voices my frustrations "people come here in pain every day and you are no different" and refused to give me the corporate number. Absolutely unprofessional and honestly I am glad I didn't get work done here because the office is so sorry I felt like I would have caught hepatitis being in there. Don't mislead your patients and leave them in pain.
