Outstanding 4-H parents, wonderful kids to share with, also to see growing and learn from, large enough trails to ride in many places side by side and a nice open roomy place for parties, and for grooming horses ponds to have your horses and ducks get used to water fowl and bunny rabbits,, a place that allows you exercise in helping out and trying new things with your horses, like buggies!, a lot of other hard-working honest people are there boarding and love the community spirit of good clean fun Love to see drop-ins for day or over night boarding too, These kind of places are rare to come to these days!

they got hay storage and a wonderful barn dog, lots of great parking and a place to learn how to drive your new trailer rig on your truck! lots of places outside to have time to pick black berries or take a short run !and get to see deer! a short jaunt to the town of P,ort Orchard and to the ferries to visit more areas ! and a bigger outside arena that is just a bit aways away from it all, great for trying your hand of riding in a enclosed area away from all others. to see if you want your new prospect with your Caring people there to cheer you on! lend a hand

These folks run an honest operation and charge fair prices.

The arena is well maintained and the facility is always clean when I have been there .

The first month is great. then things go from bad to worse. they like to do things with out calling and asking or checking. i made a bunch of grain up for when we where leaving for the vet with medicine in them and they decided to feed them with out asking resulting in an overdose. if boards are not knocked down it takes hours and many calls to get them fixed even with the horses being togther. 6 horses have been injured because of the arena. there is a dangerous slope over time on the side where you can slip and get your leg or the horses leg caught. they have lost both of their trainners because of the maintinace of the facility and the attitudes of the staff. they take it upon themselvs to take your horse our without asking. then when you confront them about anything negative you get an earfull of swearing and rude language. and if you have any disagreements with the help the decided to stop feeding and watering your horse without asking. overall you cannot trust this place and that is the most important when it comes to people taking care of your animals

I had the pleasure of bringing my mini donkey to one of the out of the mud schooling shows and was treated very nice. I had a great time and competed in the costume class. he was also a hit with all the kids as they where able to come up and pet him with out a fuss or having to worry about getting stepped on.
