Mike is most definitely NOT closed as have been reported. Fair rates and expedient service can be expected night or day from Orca Diving. I called Mike at Orca after I noted a bilge on my wooden motor vessel was filling faster than usual. He was down at the marina within an hour and my boat was patched within two hours of the initial callout. Thanks Mike!
