Apparently, they are only into fighting tooth and nail for real criminals. They let me get a felony over just a misdemeanor, and their response was basically that because I was "determined" to be indigent, I got the service I deserved. I'm 38, no criminal history whatsoever, 100% disabled veteran, and in all honesty, a good man. Maybe I'm just not a bad enough criminal for them to care about what happened to me. I've been wrongfully convicted of a felony because of you, how do you even sleep at night?

I wish I had you on my side, and you were not the defender of the man who ruined a very large part of my life. But that is not what you do. I have forgiven the whole thing. But you should know what you do is not always right for the person harmed. You knew he was guilty. That is the shame. May the universe forgive you too... peace.

Ron Ness offers nothing but upstanding, quality work. He is a hard worker, and knows and does his work well. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

I was very dissapointed with the way they conduct business. For one during my court case, my lawer handed my case over to another attorney within the "TEAM". Well the information pertaining to my case was not properly passed down in which I now have a bench warrant out for my arrest. I am now in over my head. I wish I would have gone to another office. They are not committed to excellence. If their way of conducting business is like the way they were with me, I have no idea how they lasted 34 years. I highly recomend going somewhere else, its better to pay a little more and have someone actually do their job. The saying you get what you paid for is defanately about this "TEAM".

I'd like to thank Tricia and Bob. You guys do outstanding work and have aided me tremendously, in pursuing my legal defense in various cases. I can honestly say that i feel far more confident of the outcome of my cases when i know I'm going into court with you guys. I hope this small token of my gratitude (posting this thank u) helps you to see that all the help you do pro-bono for individuals like myself is appreciated and all the hard work you do doesn't go unoticed.
