He never came back to my house and never called. I stopped by his shop in Belfair, Wa to ask him when he was going to come by, I noticed that his shop was closed. I thought that he had gone out of business. I just saw that he only moved his shop to Port Orchard. Beware of this man. He took me for a lot of money for a very poor job. I cannot even get another shop to fix the damage that he did. I would have to rip it all up and start completely over. I feel robbed. Beware of this man and his business.
Description of work:
The owner installed carpet and linoleum in my entire house. I wanted the carpet all in one piece throughout the house. It was too much for him to handle alone and he said if I allowed him to cut out pieces to the bedrooms that I would never see the cut marks. I was stupid and said ok. He made the cuts in the hallway rather than in the door jams and although it took awhile, you can certainly see them now. There is also a bump under the carpet as if he layed it down with an object on the floor and just covered it up. I purchased a linoleum that was a floating floor. He told me that it did not have to be tacked down. I believed him as he was the professional. As soon as winter came on, I turned on the forced air heater and the entire floating floor raised up. I called him and he told me to duct tape the floating floor to the floor at the heater ducts and that he would come out. He didn't. The floor started to bubble in the center of the kitchen. I called him and he said the floor had settled and to cut some away from the wall so it had room to breath. I did, but it did not fix the problem. I called him again and he said he would be out. I could not get him to give me a date. I realized that he was only wasting time because when I stopped by his shop, he said I was out of warranty, but he would be a nice guy and come out in the next couple of weeks.
