They know nothing about concrete. They only know how to work the curb machine. They act all honest and kind and you find out in a few months when all of the curbs are cracked that they won't answer phone calls, emails, or BBB, or Seniors vs crime, or Dept of consumer protection. THEY WERE EVEN TAKEN OFF OF HOME ADVISOR BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T RESPOND TO THEM EITHER. They told us repeatedly, "Don't worry, we won't leave you high and dry", promising to fix their horrible work. They even told us that the concrete was mixed wrong so they fired their employee. You would think after admitting to that they would have replaced the curbs? They fixed 3 of the 15 cracks (trying to blame us, two senior citizens, for cracking them), and the ones they fixed broke again BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MIX CONCRETE. Not only that, the curbs they installed are down right ugly. IF you want curbs that last long and look beautiful, call Adele. I saw her work at a home i visited and asked who did the work. It was already 3 years old with NO CRACKS. I got an estimate from her to remove the horrible curbs installed by Volusia Curb, and replace with good work. I am now working on a civil claim to get a refund.
