I was really disappointed with my first appointment. Everyone was very nice and they took me back right on time. There were no other patients in the waiting room, yet everyone (including the doctor) was very rushed. I mentioned to the doctor that everyone was so quick, she replied 'We try!'. She took it as a compliment. She also informed me that it is normal to have to raise progressive glasses with your hand to be able to read through them. WHAT?! Of course I've experienced such a thing when it was time for a new Rx, but it certainly shouldn't be considered 'normal'. In the optical are, there were patient complaints re: incorrect prescriptions at my initial visit as well as when I went to pick up my glasses. Thankfully, mine were fine. I knew I would not be back though, and I cancelled an upcoming appt for my 91 yr old mom. I knew she would need a slower pace, and I didn't feel confident her glaucoma pressure checks would necessarily be accurate. My mom worked in the Eyecare industry for 35+ years, and I worked several years with her. For us, I know there are other options for meeting our eyecare needs.

Went there 3 years in a row...don't ask me why..every year service got worse..last year they ordered me the wrong contac lenses (again) and the girl behind the counter rudely said "why dont u just take these"..it took 2 months for them to finally get my order right..leaving me only 10 mos. Till I had to get another exam.
